Interactivity Done Right

You can't visit news and other big sites on the internet today, without big, gaudy, flashing, pulsating or vibrating ads blasting off the page at you. These ads are all done by 'flash', and although advertisers love 'flash', few other people do. In fact 'flash' has become the greatest curse to peaceful enjoyment of the web today.

Hence 25% of people have some type of ad blocker installed to stop annoying 'flash' ads, 10% block all flash coming to their browser, and as more advertisers push 'flash', the number of people who resent it will grow larger. Therefore, to use 'flash' as a major site component is cutting off at least 25% of your market.

Worse still, website developers who give you a flash menu to browse your site are giving it a death blow: All people who block annoying flash ads cannot even navigate your site!  So we only use 'flash' where no better interactive technology is possible. Flash can be a real penalty that's just not worth the loss to your site.

There are many other ways to add interactive content to your site, such as:

Many web developers overuse Javascript, to where it impairs the search-engine ranking of your site. It is actually quite difficult to get the highest search-engine linking and rating of a site, while at the same time making it interactive, because browser 'effects' stop search engines from finding pages hidden in those effects.

If you want top search engine ratings, plus website interactivity done right, which extends a user's experience beyond other sites, giving a special flair unique only to your website, without annoying visitors, we have discovered how to balance it just right, from many years of site design and interactive website development. Don't drive away half of your customers with needless 'flash'; time to do it right!
